Common questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan supports up to 100 SKUs, one warehouse location, and basic stock movement tracking. No credit card required.
How does Finance sync work?
nsxia Inventory and Finance share the same product catalogue. When a Finance invoice is raised, stock is decremented automatically. GRN receipts create cost entries in Finance without manual input.
Can I track products with expiry dates?
Yes. Batch tracking supports expiry dates. You get alerts before batches expire, and can trace any batch from receipt to delivery for full regulatory compliance.
How does multi-warehouse transfer work?
Create a transfer between any two locations. Stock is reserved at the source on creation and added to the destination on receipt. A full movement log is maintained.
Can I import my existing stock data?
Yes. Use the CSV importer to bulk-create products and set opening balances. The importer maps to your existing column headers and validates data before committing.
