How does leave accrual work?
Configure each leave type with an accrual rate (e.g. 1.25 days per month). nsxia runs the accrual cron job on the 1st of every month and updates each employee's balance automatically.
Can managers approve leave requests from mobile?
Yes. The nsxia HR self-service portal is fully responsive. Employees submit requests and managers receive email notifications with one-click approve/reject links.
